Registration fees apply to one delegate registering; it is not possible to share one registration fee between several people. Access Events endeavours to ensure that all conference programs are correct at the time of the event. We reserve the right to make changes to any program or speakers in the event of any unforseen circumstances that may arise. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone events and if this right is exercised full refunds will be made. Confirmation of registration will be sent to you within seven days of receipt of your registration.

 

Refunds Policy

In the event you are unable to attend an event you have paid for, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of 10% + GST per registered delegate, providing we receive the cancellation in writing at least 10 working days prior to the event. Cancellations received in writing within 10 days of the event but more than 5 days will result in a 50% refund and a copy of the conference papers if applicable. Cancellations received within 5 working days of the event will result in no refund although you will be entitled to a copy of the conference papers that are received. Unfortunately some speakers request their papers are not distributed.

 

Privacy Act notice

Supporting organisations of our events may send you promotional material. To prevent this from happening, you will be able to request your name not be placed on a delegate list. If you do not wish to receive further mailings from Access Events, please inform us of this via the details on our Contact Us page of this website. We will then remove your details from any of our mailing lists.
