Under the Closing the Gap Indigenous Chronic Disease Package and the National Partnerships on Closing the Gap in Indigenous Health Outcomes and Indigenous Early Childhood Development, a large number of programs are being delivered in various communities across the state.

The two day Closing the Health Gap in SA Expo will be an opportunity for those working with Aboriginal people and communities to share information, network, build relationships and learn about the range of health services being implemented across the state to 'Close the Gap' in Aboriginal health outcomes.

It is anticipated that 200 delegates will attend the Expo, representing the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, service providers, the Australian Government, the South Australian Government and organisations who are involved in the delivery of Aboriginal health programs under the COAG reforms.
